DFSME assists SMEs in all aspects of the CSR due diligence procedures in their global value chains. As an example, this can include the development of a strategy and an ethical Code of Conduct and/or global implementation. It may also include value chain mapping, segmentation of suppliers and business partners according to CSR level of risk and relevance. In addition, we also design and implement CSR auditing programs, such as auditor recruitment and training, tools for assessing CSR performance and surveillance of results and follow-up.
